David has over twenty-five years experience in estimating and managing commercial, industrial and municipal projects as well as overseeing and coordinating office and field operations. Over the past fifteen years David has estimated and managed a wide variety of work at many of the nuclear,

steam and hydro power stations in the Carolinas. David also holds his General Contractor's license in NC, SC and FL.
